We have set up a mix of hotel blocks for your booking convenience - different price points and hotel groupings. You may also make your own arrangements outside of the room blocks.
All of the hotels are within 15 minutes of Hoover High School and are convenient to restaurants and other activities that you may want to check out during your time in the area.

Athlete Waivers
Waivers are digital this year! Please have submit your athlete's waiver ASAP. Waivers are due 3/20/26.
Concessions
Full concession stand will run during every session. Cash or Venmo accepted.
2026 Seniors
Senior athletes need to fill out a bio and upload a photo for our senior recognitions during the meet. Due by 3/6/26: Check out the form here.

Photography
We will have a photographer on site to catch some of your athlete's amazing skills on film. Pictures will be available for purchase at a future date.

Ticket Presale
Tickets are available via presale, or at the door. Online presale runs NOW through 4/6/26.
No physical tickets will be sent, purchasers will be added to a check-in list and given a wrist band to wear.
Tickets can also be in person each competition day (Cash/Venmo only).
One-Day Pass
Adults (16+): $10
Youth (3-15): $5
Children under 3 are free.
With a one-day pass you can attend any session on your competition day.
Perfect if you only plan to one session.
Multi-Day Pass
Adults (16+): $15
Youth (3-15): $8
Children under 3 are free.
With a multi-day pass, you can attend any & all sessions regardless of the day.
Perfect if you have more than one athlete and plan to attend multiple sessions over multiple days.
